How long is the class?
Class will start promptly at 9am and end at 5pm.
Do I need any pre-requisites or experience to get the value from this class?
No. The class is designed to be simple. All of the terms, technique and anatomy that are needed will be explained fully.
Will there be another class if this one doesn’t work for me?
We don’t know at this time. If we have enough people that are able to commit to the class then we can do another one. If you are on the waitlist (link that form) then we can let you know as soon as one becomes available.
Where is this class located?
It’s in central Kīhei on Ili’ili Road right across from the cove in a yoga studio. The details will be provided in an email after sign up.
What do I need to bring?
Bring snacks or lunch for the break time. Wear stretchy clothing no skirts.
Bring enough drinking water.
Dress in layers since we don’t know if it will be hot or cool we’ve never taught in this space before.
